2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using our website (m4theatrecompany.org) or purchasing our products/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force will be the one displayed on our website at the time you use our services.
4. Eligibility to Use Our Website
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent).
5. Products / Services
We provide the following products/services: Amateur theatre productions.
All descriptions are intended to be accurate, but minor variations may occur.
6. Prices and Payment
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£)
- Payment methods accepted: BACS Transfer
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
7. Ordering Process
The ordering process comes into effect when tickets are released, and the user decides to make their order via our website (Google Form), rather than via the Trafalgar Tickets website. This process is in agreement with the Wyvern Theatre / Swindon Arts Centre Box Office.
- You place an order via our Google Form accessed via our website or social media.
- Upon receipt of BACS transfer, we will process your order in collaboration with the Wyvern Theatre / Swindon Arts Centre Box Office.
- If your order is accepted, you will receive your order (for digital tickets) or confirmation of your order (for physical tickets) via email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. By using this ordering process, the user acknowledges their requested seat(s), or order itself, is not guaranteed.
Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted. Users acknowledge that tickets can instead be purchased via Trafalgar Tickets or the Wyvern Theatre / Swindon Arts Centre Box Office, for which the ordering process may offer different terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.
9. User Content
If you submit content (reviews, comments, uploads), via our website or social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
